We do not accept returns on Foalert Equipment if you have questions before ordering plaese call 859-299-8225. The Automatic Dialer requires a telephone line in close proximity to the receiver. The dialer can be programmed to call up to 4 telephone and/or pager numbers when activated by the receiver. The dialer will call each number and deliver either a voice or numeric message. This accessory allows for the most freedom of movement for the attendant as there are no distant restraints via the telephone line.

All returns and exchanges must be made within 10 business days of the date on your sales receipt. Pre-paid items must be returned or exchanged within 10 days of receipt of product. We do not accept returns on custom leather orders and custom engraving orders. However, if the error is our mistake we are more than happy to work with you to correct it.
